Trust and safety

The room has rules.

Consent, dignity, privacy, and honest scarcity are part of the product.

Plain language

Protection is not an afterthought.

This page explains the product posture. It is not the final privacy policy, terms, or legal disclosure.

How does Kindex handle race preferences?

Kindex asks directly because guessing sensitive preferences is worse. Your stated boundaries shape who can appear, and the product should only show people where interest can be mutual.

Does Kindex use AI to flirt or write for people?

No. AI is a silent matching layer. It helps translate photos, answers, and behavior into internal signals, but it does not impersonate users or replace human communication.

What does verification mean?

Verification helps keep the room real. It can support trust and visibility, but it is not a background check or a promise about someone's character.

Can premium users buy more standard cards?

No. The standard Daily Deck stays five cards. Premium may create insight, costly signals, or time control, but it should not corrupt the five-card ritual.

What happens when there are fewer than five eligible people?

Kindex should be honest. If the room is smaller today, it should show fewer people rather than fill the deck with noise.

We will not fill the room with noise.

Kindex should never fake cards, fake inbound interest, or sell a hidden path around the standard five-card deck.
